Birthday dinner...

She picked Rosa's!! I gave her several options and she picked Rosa's each time. David even tried to just go to Cheddar's but once we got to the parking lot, she said "Daddy, I want Rosa's"... so we backed out and headed to Rosa's! She truly is a Moody child!

Mark, get set... GO!

Nipple dance... Thanks Sally!! But she calls it the "Nickel" dance
Licking honey off our fingers.. who needs cake when you have sopapillas and honey!!!

Bouncey baby!

Hi mom!

Love that messy face!
Opening gifts from our friends Aubrey and Elzy... sorry they won't make it to the party!!

Miss Kyndahl turns 2

She really does wear jamies to bed bed since they zip up, she takes them off every now and again!!
Today she turned two so I went into work late so we could wake her up with a cupcake and candle at 7:41 am! It's so hard to believe it has been two years since that emergency c-section since little "nemo" was stubborn and got stuck!
Crazy hair in the morning!!

Christmas Parade

It was cold and wet, but she didn't seem to mind! She didn't take her hat off or worry about her hands being covered until she wanted to wave!!She loved the "whoo whoo's" and all the noise they made!
This "school bus" played music for her to dance to!
The band is always a crowd pleaser!
She didn't quite understand the Ross Volunteers but liked the guns they were twirling around!
But she LOVED ALL the tractors.. and there were a lot of them!
"Cat in the Hat" was I think her favorite... she kept asking for him to come back!
Waving to the floats!
Trying to see to smile with Mommy!
Cheese!
Staying warm and dry with Ms. Megan

Christmas in the park...

Saturday night we headed to Central Park for "Christmas in the Park". They had hayrides, pictures with Santa, the Aggie Wranglers performing and cookies and hot chocolate!
These pics are kinda strange but they are in night vision from our video camera!

The lights on the hayride that takes you around the park!

Kyndahl waving to Papa B and Kaylah from the hayride!
More pics are to come of the Santa experience... she was not into it at all! She wanted to see him from afar, same with the polar bear and other animals, but once she got close, it was "I want to go home"... Kaylah sat with Santa for a second and stared... but then he started talking and she was DONE! Hopefully Kyndahl will get more used to him soon so we can get a real picture with him before he's gone!
Kaylah LOVED the Aggie Wranglers! As the music would play she would bouncy and wave her arm and legs to the beat. When the music would stop, she would stop and look around... when it started back up, so did she!

Poor Baby... Kayla's 7 months old!

So it's been kinda crazy with the little one lately! We started giving her cereal last month and have had some trouble with it. The first time, she didn't get sick but who knows how much she really even got in her!! The second time she had oatmeal, I had mixed it with some prunes. She threw up twice in her bassinet. I checked the date of the prunes and they were expired by a week... so I chalked it up to that. Then the Tuesday before Thanksgiving when JJ was here, she fed Kaylah some oatmeal... and we spent the evening at the ER with her throwing up for 1 1/2 hrs. But still no connection... until Saturday. Her 7 month birthday, she had oatmeal for breakfast... and 2 hrs later was throwing up again! Great! Now the connection in our heads! I talk to the dr on Monday and his idea is to go back and try rice cereal instead since it is much more gentle and easier on their tummies... so Wednesday afternoon, I did, but very little. 2 hours later, throwing up again!! Called dr again Thursday morning. No cereal at all until blood testing for allergies at one year! So just fruits and veggies for Miss Kaylah! He said I could try meat, but strained meat just grosses me out! Maybe we'll try egg yolk soon! Who knows!!?!??!

Decorating the tree

Wednesday, Dec 2nd, David had the girls by himself a lot of the day... he decided he and Kyndahl would make a cheerio garland for the tree!

Then Kyndahl would oh so carefully unwrap each individual ornament for the tree and say "oooo mommy... lllooook" or "so pretty mommy... it's _____ (color)." She would then hand it to me for me to hang as she unwrapped the next one. This continued for each and every ornament... I made her help me hang some of hers, and she wanted them to all go in the same spot! But it was really fun to watch her as she opened each one with excitement!

CHEESE!! Love her smile!!

Going to poke mommy from behind the camera!!
