2nd Annual Boatcallie Easter Egg Hunt

The egg hunt was a success, I think!! We had 35 people there. 16 kids, an age range of 4 weeks to 12! It was great! I really think that everyone enjoyed themselves... I know my family did! It was great time and can't wait to do it again next year. If you missed it, you were missed and hope you can come next year. If you made it, THANKS and hope to see you there again next year!

While the Daddies were outside hiding eggs, we were inside keeping the kids busy in the living room and in the playroom... not too many fights or tears, so we survived!

Let the hunt begin... we had to keep them on the patio for rules and announcements... it's hard to keep 16 (really 14 that could walk) kids corralled that are ready to hunt eggs. The little ones got to take off first, followed by the 4-5 year olds and then I released the big boys!! Sadie was the first one out the gate and was on a mission! I had 6 sparkle eggs that were numbered for prizes, so they were ready!

Looks like cup cake decorating was a HIT!!

I have a very lovable, huggable two year-old!

I tried to get a picture of each family unit that was at the egg hunt... I got the cousins but without Heather and missed the Bushmans... several cute ones of Sadie though!!

Plotting to get to the icing... do they see me?? are they really going to let me??? they did and it is good!!! I just LOVE her facial expressions!

We ended the day with an icing fight between the girls... Kaylah struck first! She got Kyndahl's leg and Kyndahl returned the favor by adding purple to the back of Kaylah's head! They were covered and sticky so we ended up taking a hose to them before the bathtub!!
