Monday in Ft Stockton

We headed to Ft Stockton on Sunday the 6th. We went the "long" way so we could eat lunch with Grandpa Charles and Jill. The girls did really well. The first time we stopped was for a late lunch in San Antonio. Then we stopped again in Sonora for a potty break and some ice cream and to get gas. Then we drove the rest of the way to Bill's house. The girls only slept for an hour or so the whole trip. We didn't get there until about 9pm but they survived!! Monday we spent most of the day relaxing and getting settled. We had a late lunch in town after naps at IHOP but did little else but rest... and feed the animals of course. Then we went to take pictures with Pecos Pete and then to the cemetery. We then took the "Grandpa Bill Ft Stockton tour" before we stopped at the newly remodeled Comanche Springs park.
